  • SUP 14’ and Unlimited Male and Female.  Junior, 19–39, 40–59, 60+

  • TOP 3 ALWAYS DEFAULT TO OPEN WITH 4^TH PLACE STARTING THE AGE GROUP CATEGORIES

OAHU VIRTUAL:

• Long Course: Makai Pier to Kaimana Beach.  Start at the end of the Makai Pier jetty and finish at the Windsock outside Kaimana Beach. You must finish with the windsock on your right – c. 14 miles
• Short Course: Hawaii Kai to Kaimana Beach.  Start in waist deep water at Marshall’s beach, round the “blinker buoy” and finish at the Windsock outside Kaimana Beach. You must finish with the windsock on your right– c. 8.5 miles

WORLDWIDE VIRTUAL :

• Long:  10 miles.  Any course, anything goes (including your best 10 miles of the Oahu Virtual course)
• Short:  5 miles.  Any course, anything goes (including your best 5 miles of the Oahu Virtual courses)

REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS:

• After you do your race(s); when you are ready to submit your time, register at https://flpregister.com/524. You will not be allowed to register without submitting your time.  If you want to race more than one event you will have to sign up multiple times.
• We may have suggested Oahu race dates and times to “line up”, so stay tuned on Facebook and Instagram.
• Post your GPS information and any pictures, videos, etc… on Social media.  Tag:

OTHER DETAILS:

• This race will offer an event T shirt that will be mailed out after the event closes.
• Cost:
  • $5.00 per event.
  • Additional $30.00 if you want to receive an event shirt and a Hammer Nutrition packet with a Hammer Gel and Hammer Endurolyte Fizz tablet. Price includes order fulfillment and postage to any US address.  International postage will cost additional.
